On August 16, 2024, the Trade Union Committee of Henghe Materials Technology Co., Ltd. held the first session of the 2024 Workers' Congress in the lecture hall on the first floor of the administration building of the company's District B. The meeting was attended by representatives of employees of various functional departments and production workshops of the company, 91 employees should be represented, 87 employees actually represented, and they exercised democratic rights and interests on behalf of 849 employees of the company. The meeting was presided over by Wu Bai 'er, chairman of the trade union, Bao Xuxu, vice chairman of the trade union, attended, and Cheng Jiajie, executive deputy general manager of the company, represented the system revision department and submitted the system promotion and voting application to the conference.

According to the procedure of the meeting, the moderator explained the theme, purpose and significance of the meeting, and declared that the meeting was valid because the number of participants exceeded two-thirds of the total number of members' representatives.

In the course of the meeting, the relevant person in charge of the Human resources Department, the production planning Department and the Safety and Environmental Protection Department of the company announced to all the participating employee representatives the revised content of part of the management system of the Human Resources Department, the revised content of the "Interlock management system" and the revised content of the "Ten prohibitions on safety production" in sequence.

The meeting carefully studied and discussed the content of the above rules and regulations, and organized all the representatives of the participating workers to vote one by one, preach one, deliberate one, and vote one. After the vote, the representatives of the employees at the meeting unanimously agreed to pass the above rules and regulations, and agreed to implement them in the company from now on.

Chairman Wu summed up the significance of the promotion and implementation of the system and the vote, affirmed the earnest performance of the duties of the representatives of the employees attending the meeting, and finally declared the successful closing of the congress.
