The standard was lead and formulated by the Ningbo Institute of Standardization, main drafted by the National Single Champion Product Enterprise - - - Henghe Material & Science Technology Co., Ltd. This meeting invited Zhang Yanjun, senior engineer of the National Plastics Standardization Technical Committee; Wu Xiaoming, secretary general of Ningbo Coatings and Painting Industry Association; and Professor Li Aiyuan, deputy director of the scientific research department of Ningbo Polytechnic, and Ningbo Product and Food Quality Inspection Institute (Ningbo Fiber Inspection Institute) Sun Xing, Director of Environmental Chemistry Center, Wang Wei, General Manager of Ningbo Yonghua Resin Co., Ltd., Bu Qun, Technical Director of Nanjing Yuangang Fine Chemical Co., Ltd.; Zheng Qiuping, Chairman of Zhejiang Tiancheng Transportation Technology Co., Ltd.,; Fanglin, Ningbo Haishu GuoJunMarking Materials Engineering Co., Ltd., ;Ma Wenrui, Chief of Quality and Standard Metrology Section of Zhenhai District Market Supervision Administration, more than 20 people for the representatives of related enterprises.

The meeting was presided over by Shen Hui, an engineer from Ningbo Institute of Standardization, introduced the leaders and experts participating in the meeting, as well as the background of the establishment of Zhejiang manufacturing group standards and the formation of working groups. Professor Sun Xiangdong, Chief Engineer of Henghe Company, delivered a speech. Ma Wenrui, Section Chief of the Zhenhai District Municipal Supervision Bureau, delivered a speech on behalf of the local authorities.

Wang Bin, a senior engineer of Henghe Material & Science Technology Co., Ltd., firstly introduced the basic situation of the company, and then explained the pre-development and advancement of the standard compilation, and explained in detail the "Made in Zhejiang" group standard "Hydrogenated Petroleum Resin for Road Marking Paints" (draft)". The experts at the meeting carefully discussed the standard text one by one and put forward many valuable opinions. Finally, based on the opinions of experts, Shen Hui, an engineer at Ningbo Institute of Standardization, asked the drafting team to make serious amendments and determined the schedule for the implementation of subsequent standards.

The "Made in Zhejiang" group standard "Hydrogenated Petroleum Resin for Road Marking Paints" is the second batch of "Pin Mark" group standard development project in Zhenhai District in 2021, and the first group standard initiated by Ningbo coating industry this year. It will provide high-standard and high-quality raw material benchmarks for road marking coatings in the domestic road traffic field.
